  • Why am I paying for bad service?

    By manny8024
Usually when I watch baseball, I watch from my PS4 and I have no big issues other than small tweaks that could be made for it to be better. However, I am military... so I hit the road often with my iPad. I can only get about 5 minutes into a game before the app closes itself out. Either this needs to get fixed or I’m going to need a refund, there is no excuse for this to have happened for so long
  • What does this app do? NOTHING

    By BadAppAllAround
I bought he app and I can’t watch anything. Twenty bucks for newspaper headlines? Worthless!
  • Great

    By H-Dub915
Love this app and the subscription. I get to watch my Braves. And I get info about whats going on in the club
  • Rip off

    By Paul & Jen
The subscription to watch games was $100 a year now it’s $25 a month???? Total rip off. See ya MLB
  • Apple Watch support useless

    By FredinNC
I want to second the previous review about the Apple Watch being non-functional. It is now 3:20 pm and the watch still says the game will start at 1:05 pm. Sometimes it works, mostly doesn’t. Pressing the watch face in the app brings up the never ending “spinny thing”. The functions are good ideas but somebody needs to make them work.
  • What did my $20 pay for?

    By bryanbuff
I paid $20. I still can’t see live games. What was that $20 for?
  • Ads! Ads! Ads!

    By Dave232323232323
They changed things this year with at bat. Now you have to watch 15 seconds of ads to view each 15 second highlight video. What?! The app has been really good. It’s radio broadcasts are what has made me a recent baseball fan. This makes it less enjoyable to follow. There should be a buy out for the ads or something. The app went from great to frustrating...
  • Ads play over Videos

    By Whodaokau
Can't watch the videos because the ads play over them. All I get to watch is an ad and no baseball! Boo MLB. Boo Ads. Boo paying for something and only getting to see ads instead of what you pay for.
  • Watch Complications

    By Couchmanagers
The watch complication still does not work properly. This is the third year in a row I’ve been trying to use it. It is supposed to show current score on the watch face but it just won’t cooperate. It will work fine for a game or two, and then not update at all for days. Then work for a few innings and then go back to not updating the score. I’ve reinstalled numerous times, toggled settings, notifications, data usage... anything I can think of to get it to work. I thought for sure by last season, after all the trouble in 2016 of tying to have it work consistently, they would figure out the issues. But no. All of 2017 was bad. Now it’s 2018 and STILL not working right. Why? I’ve seen others complaining of the exact same problem. So it’s not just me and my watch/iPhone. This is an MLB app, not some cheap 3rd party app. This should be fixed quickly and easily. So frustrating year after year.
  • Notification issue

    By Tyler Palkovitz
I tend to get the same notification twice in a row. I’m wondering where this came from and I can’t figure out why. Can you please help me on fixing this issue? Also, I only get a few notifications before not getting any.
